Comentaré hoy una técnica que está presente como complemento en nuestros tratamientos corporales reductores y anticelulíticos con ultrasonidos (cavitación, ultrashape), radiofrecuencia (accent , velashape) y vacumterapia (LPG).
La terapia vibracional, inicialmente destinada al ámbito de la fisioterapia y rehabilitación, trata también de forma eficaz el tejido conectivo subcutáneo, por lo que también se indica en diversos tratamientos con fines estéticos por su poder de mejorar las manifestaciones y síntomas de la insuficiencia microcirculatoria y/o linfática.
No olvidemos que la causa de la celulitis es precisamente esa insuficiencia de la microcirculación del tejido subcutáneo. La terapia vibracional mejora del aspecto de la celulitis y de la distribución del tejido graso subcutáneo; si la asociamos a técnicas como la lipoaspiración, ultrasonidos, radiofrecuencia o vacumterapia, obtenemos una potenciación del resultado estético.
¿Por qué Proellixe?
La utilización de Proellixe es muy simple y confortable para el usuario, tanto por el tiempo de tratamiento, que es de diez minutos, como por el movimiento de la plataforma que es de tipo oscilatorio, superando a las tradicionales plataformas de vibración cuyo movimiento es vertical, de fuerte impacto sobre la columna vertebral.
El movimiento oscilatorio de Proellixe hace que sea un equipo indicado para un amplio sector de la población, incluso para personas de edad avanzada en las frecuencias adecuadas, por su confortabilidad y la sensación de bienestar que provoca. El movimiento de la plataforma repercute en el paciente como un cruce de dos fuerzas que alternativamente recorren las piernas, y se transmite por la espina dorsal diseñando una onda sinusoidal. El tren de vibraciones se extiende por todo el cuerpo desde los pies hasta la cabeza, pasando por las articulaciones de los miembros inferiores, el raquis y el cráneo.
El efecto final de la onda vibracional producida por la plataforma Proellixe, en lugar de aplastar una vértebra con otra, propio del movimiento de las plataformas de movimiento vertical, provoca todo lo contrario, un espaciamiento entre las vértebras, un aumento en la “extensión” comprobable inmediatamente después de cada tratamiento.
El efecto de la vibración es un complejo sistema de reacciones fisiológicas con origen en una estimulación mecánica: “reflejo involuntario de tonificación”. Su acción difunde uniforme y proporcionalmente a lo largo de todo el cuerpo en relación a la frecuencia de exposición que puede variar en 3-30 Hz.
El estímulo que genera el repetido y continuo, pero controlado, movimiento con aceleración G+/- se debe a las dos fuerzas iguales y de sentido contrario conformadas por el ciclo de oscilación y que causan la variación de la presión gravitacional sobre el cuerpo, la piel y el tejido graso subcutáneo de forma general y total. Con ello, se determina una redistribución de la grasa, un remodelado del contorno corporal y una correcta y progresiva aceleración de la circulación linfática a través de su paso a los espacios intersticiales. El efecto principal es de estimulación del metabolismo y de la vascularización tisular, seguido del drenaje y depuración linfático. Otro efecto, consecuencia del anterior, es la reorganización, oxigenación y revitalización del tejido conectivo.
